• How far will you travel for a performance?   We have travelled as far as 2 hours for a gig; however, we prefer to stay within the DFW metroplex so extended travel may require additional hotel rooms and travel expenses.

 

  • Is the client able to request songs not on the Echo Canyon Song list?  Yes within reason, please understand that we have an extensive musical history but there may be limitations due to our instrumentation and time to rehearse new material.  Most shows we are willing to play 1 to 2 private requests.

 

  • What if the show is a rain delay or has to stop due to inclement weather?   The client is responsible for making necessary weather accommodations such as waterproof covering or moving the event to an indoor facility.  Client is responsible for monitoring weather during a performance, we will not be able to continue if exposed to wet weather.  Client will be responsible for the full booking fee in the event of inclement weather.

 

  • What happens if local authorities stop the performance due to permits or noise violations?  The client is responsible for researching all local and area ordinances for noise violations, permits for events, or allowed occupancy.

 

  • Do you take requests during a performance?  Normally we do not, unless all members are in agreement to attempt a request.  Client understands that a requested song may not be performed correctly

 

  • When is payment due?  At the end of the performance.

 

  • What forms of payment does the band accept?  Check, Cash, or Zelle

 

  • Do we have to sign a contract?  If this is a first performance we will require a booking agreement.
